All elements comprising the Egidio application — code, detection engine, signature database, interface, visual identity, trademarks, text, and logos — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher or its licensors.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, extraction, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the publisher's prior written authorization is prohibited and may constitute infringement under applicable law.

Personal data processing is described in the application's Privacy Policy, accessible from the app's settings and online. Egidio's blocking and detection features are designed to complement — not replace — these official registries and regulator-run protections; registering with the TPS and reporting scams to Action Fraud remain useful additional steps.

As a French publisher, we are subject to French consumer mediation rules (Code de la consommation, art. L.612-1 et seq.).
