Nearly all dual-SIM Android phones run on DSDS (Dual SIM Dual Standby): both lines stay on watch, only one talks at a time. In practice, you can receive a call or text on either line at any moment, but if you're in an active call on one line, the other usually goes to voicemail for the duration of that call. What Egidio protects on each line

Your first line is protected normally. Any call or SMS received on the second line is logged, but not analyzed or blocked.
