📅 Monitored Seasonal Peaks: certain periods concentrate recurring documented patterns — Ramadan (fake charity/zakat calls), the hajj and umrah season (fake travel agencies, fake booking sites), and the end of the year (fake solidarity cagnottes). The Radar reinforces its monitoring during these windows rather than dedicating a separate category to them.

🗂️ New: scams built from a data leak. This is no longer a hypothesis — it is a documented and increasingly frequent mechanism: a hacker resells or exploits stolen data from a leak (name, number, history) to make their call or SMS much more credible.
